Situated among the trees on an acre of land this house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This house has a massive deck for BBQ's and a game room for entertainment. In the summer enjoy a camp fire in the fire pit, and lawn games. There's even enough room to pop up a few tents.
The TVs all have Youtube TV, and streaming services. Free 300 Mbps Wifi is on premises and covers the house well. This house is heated, and air conditioned with a geothermal heat pump.
This is a snowmobilers dream! Ther …e is plenty of room for snowmobile trailers, and a 4 car heated garage to store your sleds as well. Right across the street enjoy direct access to Trail 5 and over 380 miles of groomed Central Adirondack Trails. Walk out your door and hop on your sled!! For other winter activities, we are located within 20 minutes of McCauley Mt for skiing and cross-country skiing. Fern park is great for tubing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Fern park is only 5 minutes away. After a long day of playing in the snow enjoy yourself in your own game room complete with a pinball machine, pool table, and Foosball table. There are also 2 drink refrigerators, and a full size refrigerator in the basement. We have also added charging stations in each bedroom.
There is also a 40 amp electric vehicle charger in the garage. We have also left Amazon Echo speakers throughout for playing music.

WINTER:
Winter Seasonal Rate: $16,000 utilities included.
December 1 - March 31 $800 per nt for the first two nt (2 nt min), $600 for each additional nt.
December 1 - March 31: weekly rate $3900
SPRING:
April 1st - Last Saturday in June: $450 per nt with 2 night minimum, $350 per night each additional nt
SUMMER:
Last Sunday in June until 8 days before Labor Day: $4500 per week.
Week before labor day and including Labor Day is $4700 per week.
FALL:
After Labor Day Weekend - November 30: $450 per nt with 2 night minimum, $350 per nt each additional nt

Why our property is special: We love this property. We have done a lot of improvements including finishing the attic to add sleeping space. It is a smart home with locks, lights, and thermostats that can be controlled remotely. It also has heating, and air conditioning from a geothermal heat pump. There are solar panels on the property to offset the electric demand. We have also updated the basement with a third bathroom.
