-Memorial Day Friday through Monday is 450 per night 3 night minimum.
-End of Memorial Day weekend through Last Saturday in June is 350 per night. 2 night minimum.
-Last Saturday in June - August is 375 per night 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday rentals). July 3-5 is 450 per night
-Labor Day Weekend $500 per night, 3 night minimum

Smoking Policy: Smoking only outside, NOT INSIDE. Will lose security deposit if smoking occurs inside. Please do not throw cigarette buts on the ground.
Cleaning Policy: $200 cleaning fee. Please leave the place as you found it. It would be appreciated if the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and the outside area were put back in the condition that they were found in. Any stains or damage to the property will affect security deposit.
Linen Policy: Linens and plenty of pillows and blankets are provided as well as bath towels and wash clothes.
Security Deposit Information: Security Deposit is 500. Per the above any stains, damage, smoking inside, pets without letting me know, or too many people will effect the amount of security deposit returned. You will receive your security deposit back within 10 days, as long as there are no damages or extensive messes.
