With a fantastic location in the heart of the High Peaks, our home is the perfect vacation destination. The chalet has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a hot tub, dry sauna, outdoor living space, fire pit, gas fireplace, charcoal grill, fully equipped kitchen with 6-burner stove.

The h …ome is steps to skiing, hiking, mountain bike trails, water sports, shopping, dining, attractions, and other area attractions.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with King beds. There is also a Queen-size foam mattress that can accommodate up to 2 additional guests (kids, smaller/younger people).

From Jun 1 to Sep 15 of each year, each bedroom and living room, is equipped with air conditioning units.

Each bedroom offers Smart televisions, closets, warm color schemes, and comfy linens.

The open plan living room/kitchen overlooks the deck and spacious, wooded back yard. There are comfortable leather sofas, flat-screen television and gas stove. The kitchen has ample counter space and is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. There is a large granite table and chairs and stylish stamped concrete flooring.

On the deck is a 5 person hot tub, dining table, and plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors. The back yard has a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The home is located 5 minutes from Whiteface Mountain, 15 minutes to Lake Placid, and dozens of nearby hiking trails and attractions.
