* Summer (mid-June through Labor Day) - $395 per night!

* Ironman Week (late July) - $450 per night with a 7 night min!

* Fall (Labor Day to mid-December) - $325 per night!

Christmas, New Years Week and holidays - $375-$425 per night!

Winter (January through March) - $295 per night!

Note there is a 5% Essex County Occupancy Tax that was implemented in 2016!

About Us: We are the new owners of this beautiful condo and just love it here, the location and everything else the resort has to offer plus the village and area too!

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Lake Placid: We like to call Lake Placid and the ADK's our Playground for adults, as there is so much to do and see! There is no other town in the northeast where you can find a bobsled or luge track, two ski jumps, inside and outside Olympic caliber skating ovals, dogsled rides, waterfalls hikes, factory outlets, various golf courses, great restaurants, down and cross country skiing, shopping, lakes and all in or within 15 minutes of town - simply amazing!

Why our property is special: Our condo is at the Whiteface Club and Resort and overlooks Lake Placid and the surrounding mountains. We are just above the marina, boathouse, beach, lake and Moose Lodge restaurant and a short walk to our golf course, tennis center and hiking trails plus the Lake Placid Lodge!
