2.5 acre, private, secluded, wilderness island. Water Access Only. Watch Island has five cabins (main, 2 bunk, bath, workshop/ storage cabins) and can sleep 12. It has city electricty and UV filtered lake water on the island. The cabins are fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need. It is located one mile from the mainland. Its a ten minute pontoon boat ride from the mainland boat slip to island boat dock. Pontoon boat, canoes and kayaks are included. Located on beautiful Tupper Lake fiv …e miles from the town of Tupper Lake.
Enjoy water activities out the front door with fabulous views of the lake and mountains in every direction. Many comforts of home in a wilderness environment. Private and secluded yet close to civilization.

$5,400 per week with a 5% county occupancy tax and a $500.00 cleaning fee and a $400.00 refundable security deposit. I require a $2,000.00 deposit to confirm a reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. I rent Saturday to Saturday with a 4:00 PM check- in and a 11:00 AM check-out. I also send a rental agreement which I can send you to review. It lists details and ammenadies included such things as the pontoon boat, other boats and equipment included.

You will enjoy the water activities the lake provides out the front door with fabulous views of the lake and mountains in all directions. You will enjoy the comforts of home in a wilderness environment. The island is 5 miles from town with shopping groceries, restaurants, bars, medical facilities, museums and a theater. There is great hiking and biking in the area.
