Full winter season (Dec. 1- April 1 or dates negotiable) -- $8000 plus utilities
Weekly rate -- $1400/week, $1650 for holiday weeks

4% occupancy tax added to all rental rates.

One week minimum stay. Rates for multiple weeks or months may be negotiable.
