“Our family had a wonderful stay at The Blue House. All the comforts of home and the WiFi was terrific, especially for our "work from home" family members! Our host was lovely and easy to deal with and very responsive to our questions. We can't wait to rent The Blue House again! Thank you!”

“"The Blue House," as it is known on the landing is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The cottage is large, with plenty of comfortable furniture for extended families. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave. A master bed and bath on the first floor is is a big plus! The deck allows a narrow, but beautiful view of the lake. Gas grill worked beautifully. It is a short walk to the local beach area. There are many games in the cottage, which we had a memorable time playing each night. The family is very pleasant to work with and sends an informational email before each visit.
The only significant negatives I can think of is that the Teflon pans have seen better days, and some of the lamps were missing the on/off turn switches. Neither of these effected our Lake George visit.
Compared to many of the other cottages we have stayed in, this well loved one is a gem! ”

“This is the second year that I have stayed in this house for a week during the summer, and we have been nothing but satisfied with it, both times. There is plenty of room inside for larger families or groups, and it's location is wonderful. You are a short walk from everything in Huletts Landing. If you are concerned with having the most up to date amenities, then this rental might not be for you. If, however, you are looking for a releasing vacation, then you have certainly found a great spot for it. You are not completely disconnected from the outside world, as there is WiFi and a landline if you need it, but our focus has always been on vacationing to get away from the stress that our everyday lives can generate, not on continuing to be anchored to the technology that helps create it. I hope to continue to revisit this rental in the years to come. Barbara and David are wonderful people that have been gracious enough to allow us to rent their house, and I am grateful for that. ”

“What a wonderful week spent at the "Blue Harmony House" This summer rental is so comfortable and relaxing. A large 5 bedroom house with 3 great family gathering spots, the large dining/kitchen area, the beautiful deck and the family room. With a great collection of movies and a large library. Barbara and Dave are an absolute pleasure to work with and are always available to answer any questions. A perfect spot for a family vacation, we were able to spend our days on the lake enjoying each other's company and reconnecting. We can't wait to go back again!”

“Once again we enjoyed another lovely week at the Blue House. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and we live on the front porch. We used the community park often for swimming and kayaking. This year we enjoyed the ice cream parlor and even played pool at the casino. We walked every day to either Lands End or Bluff Head and hiked Spruce Mountain. Thank you for giving my family and friends this wonderful time at the lake. Many memories were made.”

“We truly enjoyed spending our Summer vacation at Harmony. We invited our children and grandchildren to come and there was plenty of room for all of us. The dining area and kitchen were wonderful. We love spending time together at meals and it was nice to have everyone around one table. The beach area was very nice and good for swimming with little ones. The lake community was very welcoming. We quickly became regulars at the ice cream shop and they knew our grandsons by name by the end of the week and even remembered us when we came back on Labor Day weekend! The rental fee was a great value, although we were concerned at first about not having air conditioners in July, but we opened the windows, used fans and were very comfortable. It was nice to have the fresh air! We look forward to returning again soon.”

“This is a wonderful property. The owners saved our vacation this summer - we are very grateful. The house has lots of rooms to spread out, a first floor bedroom/bath for my elderly Mother, a nice deck overlooking the lake and sunsets. It is in a safe, wonderful neighborhood that is easy to bike and walk. We used the house kayak - it was delightful to see the landing peninsula by water. The community park has everything you would need for a great day of family fun. We hope to return if our timing is right - thank you again for a great 2013 memory.”

“Had a wonderful time! This was our family's first time to the Lake George/Huletts Landing area and we loved it! My brother and his wife own a house in Huletts Landing and when they came into this one, they were jealous! The house had more than enough room for all of us! We were just a short walk down to the beach, tennis court, basketball hoop, volleyball net, and the frog pond. After a beautiful day at the beach, we barbecued at the house. There's an adorable ice cream parlor right accross the street! If you want quality time with your family, this is the house to rent! Even if you have different age groups, there's enough room in the house that everyone has there own space if they want. It's a great way to reconnect with your family!”
