The NPR is a recently rehabed, winterized, family summer house. It is located 100 feet from the New York State shore of Lake Champlain and has an unencumbered view over Isle La Motte to the Green Mountains. The morning sun rises directly over Mt. Mansfield.

The house sits secluded on eight acres at the end of a quarter mile driveway. It has a full mahogany deck across the front. The deck leads to two sliding doors which open into the first floor combined living rooms, dining room, fully appli …anced kitchen. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor.

The second floor consists of a full bathroom, one master bedroom with a queen bed overlooking the lake, two other bedrooms, one with a queen and twin bed. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds.

The house is wi-fi ready. There is easy access to the lake and the area is well-known for its bass fishing.

The NPR is an hour from Burlington, VT., an hour plus from Montreal, an hour-and-a half from Lake Placid.

Rates

Off-season: (Oct - May) = $250 per night or $1200 a week
In-season: (Memorial day weekend through Labor Day weekend) = $1600 a week
Check in for in-season is 3pm (Saturday) and check out is by 11am (Saturday). Off-season check-in/out is flexible.

Linen Policy: Renters are welcomed to bring their own sheets, towels, etc.
Security Deposit Information: A 50% non-refundable deposit is requested upon the signing of the rental agreement.
