If you need additional space or would like a ground floo …r bedroom, you can add the Annex to your rental (additional fee applies). The Annex is attached to the main house and has 3 bedrooms (2 ground floor and 1 loft) as well as 2 bathrooms and adds an additional 6 guest capacity. This is a great add on option if you have a guest with mobility concerns as all bedrooms in the Main House are on the second and third floors.
Each of the public rooms is done in its own Adirondack style, using clear-cut wood of different Species, to add to their warmth and character.
The Grand Entrance boasts a three story open staircase with log balustrade. A huge eat-in Kitchen and separate Butler's Pantry, offers SubZero refrigeration, a Decor professional range and four Bosch dishwashers. An 8 x 4 center island provides plenty of room for preparation and conversation.
The formal Dining Room has a table which seats 22 comfortably and a granite fireplace...perfect for large, lively dinners.
The 50 x 30 Living Room has an inviting window seat with a spectacular view of Forth Lake, as well as a massive fireplace blasted from granite located on the property, which is flanked by a cozy Inglenook.
Four sets of French doors open on to a large blue stone patio, offering unparalleled views of Fourth Lake and the mountains beyond. The media room has a 52" television, comfortable seating and a fireplace.
The Library, furnished in red leather club chairs, also has a fireplace and a hidden bar in the bookcase - a nod to the years of prohibition.
The Estate also offers a Boathouse with a 2,000 square foot game room and deck overlooking the lake. The property has its own tennis and volleyball courts, a 9 foot pool table, ping pong table and a play area with fire pit.
