“My wife and I had the pleasure of spending 2 weeks at Twin Rocks. The cabin is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed lounging lakeside on the deck listening to the Loons, watching the bald eagles, fishing, and taking the boat out for a spin. The house is in a quiet cove, and boat traffic was minimal. This was our 1st stay at Twin Rocks but will not be our last.”

“Great first time in the Saranac Lake area. This camp met all our needs. To not need to bring towels and sheets is a blessing. Nicely stocked kitchen and a dishwasher! The loft area was perfect for our teen daughters. Having wifi/data signal was both a blessing and a curse though. Ha ha. We usually don't have that in the houses we stay and have to wait until we get into town or on top of a mountain for a signal. Enjoyed all the water toys. Rented a pontoon boat on Long Lake one of our days since the marina is right there and very affordable. Lovely deck and view. Having a few gallons of drinking water on hand is about the only thing I would suggest for guests as the Tops is a bit of a drive to get to. Thank you for sharing!”

“This was our first vacation at Twin Rocks, but it certainly won't be our last. The owners are very courteous with quick responses to my many questions. They also checked in while we were there to make sure that all was okay. The camp, both inside and outside was wonderful. It was clean and well cared for. Anything we needed was already there, we only needed to bring clothes and food. It's proximity to attractions and towns was perfect. After a busy day of seeing and doing, going back "home" to a quiet camp was perfect. My favorite spot was on the deck with a mug of coffee and the morning mist on the lake. I'd like to add that I searched many camps to rent in the area and Twin Rocks offered the most with an excellent price. We were not at all disappointed. Twin Rocks, we will be coming back!”

“Twin Rocks was the perfect place to celebrate the week of my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Its secluded location gave our family a great place to reconnect with ourselves and nature. Although there are ample TV's for entertainment, they were not turned on once, not even by the kids. Games for rainy days and plenty of boat options to explore out on the water were plentiful. Despite its remote and private location on the lake, many sights and nearby towns like Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, Tupper Lake and Whiteface were a short drive away. The location is GORGEOUS with an island across the way that blocks out the view of any other camps making you feel like you have the place all to yourself. The owner was easy to communicate with and was focused on making our stay a pleasant one. We truly enjoyed staying at Twin Rocks and would definitely consider it again the next time we come back to our old stomping grounds in the Adirondacks from Virginia.”

“This was our first time at Twin Rocks Camp and my family and I had a wonderful week there. The house is very well kept and is equipped with everything you will ever need and is situated a short ride from both Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake villages. We loved the large dock, making a fire in the pit and roasting marshmallows. The lake view is beautiful and we really enjoyed taking the kids on paddles in the kayaks and canoe. The owner is extremely generous and accommodating and we look forward to staying there again!”

“What a wonderful week we had at Twin Rocks camp! Upper Saranac Lake is the ideal location, right in the heart of the Adiondack park. The home is lovely, cozy and comfortable. Just perfect for our family of four with two guests. The lakefront dock area is serenely pleasant, the fishing excellent, and the paddling perfect. The camp is well appointed with all the extras and the owners pleasant and very helpful. We look forward to returning again!”

“This is our absolutely favorite place to relax. The owners are very generous with the acccomodations, you only need to bring clothes and food. We try to return every year! The fishing is great, and our sons love to use the canoe. The dock is the perfect place for evening cocktails, a board game, or to relax and read a book. Lake Placid is a short ride for shopping and site seeing, and there are many restaurants for eating out. We look forward to our next stay at Twin Rocks.”
