Master suite with king bed on the 2nd floor has a cathedral ceiling with floor to ceiling window looking north up the lake. A full master bath and 1/2. There are two other bedrooms each with queen beds on the 2nd floor and a full bathroom in the hall.

There is a 4th bedroom on first floor with a 1/2 bath next to the pantry. There is a galley kitchen, with eat in area for 6-8 with floor to ceiling views of the lake and across to the VT mountains . There is …a small deck off the kitchen area, with gas grill and a bistro table w/chairs to enjoy morning coffee and views. New fridge, and dishwasher. There is new Keurig/coffee machine, a microwave oven, toaster oven, convection oven and an electric cooktop. The open Living room next to the kitchen has a streaming TV as well as the blue sun room off the kitchen. Every room in the house has a view of the lake. First floor and all bathrooms have been painted and there is new wooden flooring through out the first floor.

First floor stairs to finished basement and exit to the water front patio area. Basement has a full new bathroom with shower, and heated floor. There is a brand new washer and dryer as well as a new water softener. There is a working well on the property.

Cleaning Policy: The home should be vacant and broom clean when the guests leave. Fridge cleaned and wiped out. Take perishable and leave condiments. Turn the dishwasher on. All garbage in the house should be put in the cans at the road. If the cans are full then please take one bag of garbage with you. All the hand towels used should be washed and dried and put back where you found them.

Linen Policy: We do not provide linen. Please bring your own linen . We provide bathroom and kitchen hand towels. There are pillows and blankets for all the beds in the house.

Security Deposit Information: $500.00 to be paid at the time of final payment. And returned following post stay inspection.

Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: The owners parents have owned a home on the waterfront here for more than 60 years. Their kids spent their summers working in hotels, and restaurants in village and locally. The current owners have enjoyed the home with their own children. They enjoy boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and wakeboarding in the bay with the family's wooden Chris-craft boat.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Assembly Point: The home and property is ideal to relax and get away from it all. The bay is calm and water is crystal clear for kayaks, paddleboard or canoes. The sun shines bright through the whole house and waking up to the sounds of ducks, loons or a blue Herron, flying down the bay is special. There is an Osprey nest in the happy family island a 100 yards or so off the dock. The Osprey can be seen regularly and a good set of binoculars is handy to enjoy watching the Osprey and its chicks.

Why our property is special: Lake Front home sits 10 feet from the water, with views up Harris Bay to the Sagamore is unique to this location. This property is special given its water front area in Harris Bay with boat house. Ample dock space to fish park 22 ft, boat. Sheltered swimming with a sandy bottom. There are no boats causing waves due to 5 mile an hour area. Happy Family island to swim to and kayak around all day. Boat house for sunbathing/sunsets. The Bay insures a truly unique Adirondack experience.
