One well behaved dog is welcome. We do not allow other pets.
Dogs staying at the property must be discussed in advance of booking.
Dogs are not allowed in the cabin unless dry and clean.
$200 refundable pet deposit will be held in escrow and refunded within two weeks of your departure.
The dog fee is $100.
Dogs should always be on leash when outside and you must pick up after your dog.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture including sofa, arm chairs or beds.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed in the cabin. If smoking outside of the cabin, all cigarette butts must be cleaned up and an ashtray must be used.
Cleaning Policy:
Cabin will be clean upon arrival, maid service is not included in rental agreements. A full departure cleaning will be required by guests to avoid a cleaning fee. All needed supplies and tools will be provided. A checklist will be posted at the cabin and also provided in advance of your stay. Security deposit will be forfeited if cleaning is not done completely as indicated.
Linen Policy:
Clean bed linens and pillows are provided. Please bring your own towels.
Security Deposit Information:
50% of weekly rate due upon booking, this is non refundable. Full payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit for damages.
$200 Refundable Pet Deposit.
All security deposits will be held in escrow and refunded within two weeks of departure if all conditions are met.
