Peak Season: Memorial Day to Labor Day 2024 - $2,450 week,(plus cleaning fee); $500 refundable security deposit up to 7 days notice.

Off Season: Sept/October 2024 (excluding Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends): $2,050/week, $715/two-night weekend (plus cleaning fee); $500 refundable security deposit

Columbus Day Special: $1,200 for 3 nights; $500 refundable security deposit

About Us: Husband and wife team. I am available almost 24/7 via txt message or phone calls. This is my full time career. My job is make our guests happy.

Why our property is special: Location and Design. We are so close to YMCA and we are beautifully renovated 5 bed 2 bathroom. Beats staying in cottages nearby. Outdoor dining area with BBQ grill. Fully automated espresso and latte maker.
