Welcome to the beautiful Koko's Bear Retreat townhouse in the Olympic Village of Lake Placid! We are in the Pinehill development just inside the village and a short walk in. We are an end unit with 4 bedrooms, sleep 8, 3 full bathrooms, 2 parking spots plus a very nice screened in porch.

Note: we have changed agents and why we do not have any reviews yet. But we had 23 reviews before this and for a great 4.87 overall rating. Yes our guests do love it here!

Our entry mudroom leads into an o …pen kitchen, dining room and living room area with a gas fireplace. This main level also has our master bedroom with a king bed and and it's own private full bathroom. Our upper level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed for two and the other with two double beds for another two. There is a full bathroom in between them which is accessed from that hallway.

The lower level is our fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, a very nice family room / den and with shuffleboard, games and a TV.

There is also a very nice screened in porch to enjoy with tables and chairs and off of our main living area. Note that we are STR permit #200092...

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Lake Placid: We bought our beautiful condo in 2021 and just love it here! Plus the great village of Lake Placid and all of the things to do and places to explore around the area, and think you will too!

Why our property is special: We are on the edge of town so you can just walk in, and in a peaceful private community, which we think is the best of both worlds. Plus we have private parking, a great screen in porch, an end unit, plenty of room, a gas fireplace and a game room. Our condo is very well appointed and with just the right touch of ADK decor. The shuffleboard is a main attraction for all guests.
