The setting is incredibly beautiful and conveniently located in Harris Bay in Cleverdale, only 12 minutes to Downtown Lake George. Enjoy fantastic sunsets from our boathouse upper deck and superior lake/mountain views. We are within short minutes of hiking, restaurants and shops.

The Cottage: One Queen bedroom plus 1 sofa bed, 1 full kitchen, 1 full bathroom, living room/dining area, washer/dryer, and deck … with table and chairs.

The Main House: 2 Bedrooms (Queen + Full) plus 1 sofa bed, full kitchen with dishwasher, 2 full bathrooms on each floor, living room, dining room, sunroom, and outdoor picnic tables.

Each home includes washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, coffee pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. For your enjoyment we also have an gas BBQ grill, 2 kayaks, a boathouse with table and chairs and also a dock with a ladder for easy access to swimming.

Please Note: We rent out our boat slips to long term renters and they occasionally come and go during the day. They do not have access to the homes but do have access to the docks and parking area. They do not spend time on the property, just walk to and from their boats.

$175/night for the Cottage only, $250/night during holiday weekends. Plus $120 flat cleaning fee. 3 Guests Max.

$250/night for the Main House only, $350/night during holiday weekends. Plus $120 cleaning fee. 6 Guests Max.

$425/ night for the Cottage and Main house combined. $600/night during holiday weekends. $240 Cleaning Fee.

As mentioned before, you may rent one or the other or combine both rentals for your group.
