It is conveniently located on a private road, 5 min. off the paved road which has no public access that provides a quiet vacation in a private community. Fully furnished - Adirondack style! The open floor plan with a modern equipped kitchen that opens into the living room in which has a stone gas fireplace. All front windows have views of the lake. There are stairs to t …he lake and the dock for easy access to the lake. A canoe and 2 kayaks are provided, so that you can paddle around the lake to your hearts content. Enjoy fishing (NY State license required) or just taking in the breathtaking surrounding mountain and sunset views. Bring water shoes for protection. Plan an excursion to Ausable Chasm, Burlington VT, Montreal and especially Lake Placid that takes you through the High Peaks region.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted within this cabin. A $200 penalty will be charged for any violations.

Cleaning Policy: Guest are requested to leave the house the way they found it.
-The entire house must be vacuumed and the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned prior to final departure and checkout by local caretaker.
-We expect renters to empty trash can, strip beds, leave used linens and towels on the floor in the bathroom, wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, and otherwise leave the place tidy, organized and ready for our cleaning service to get to work.

Linen Policy: The linen includes bath towels and sheets. Please bring beach towels.

Security Deposit Information: A $500 deposit is required to hold each reservation.
Balance due prior to check-in date.
-Check in time is 4pm Saturday; Check out time is 10 am Saturday.
