Unique waterfront property located on Dunham's Bay, Lake George. 200 feet of lake front with a semi-private beach and spot at the 40 foot dock for a boat. One of the largest and most fun yards on Lake George which is perfect for lawn games and letting the kids run around. Camp offers a center s …ection with updated kitchen, full bath, upper bedroom has a queen and a full size bed. Center section has three window air conditioners and in the basement there is a washer and dryer. The dining porch has a very special 12 person Adirondack table and a second refrigerator area and a bedroom with a double bed. In the sleeping porch there is an open area with two bunk beds that are singles over doubles. The bedroom has a full bed and there is a second full bathroom in this area. There is a sports closet with various yard games available or you can bring your own. There is a gas grill and an outside gas fireplace.

About Us: Scott and Val Rasmussen. This camp has been in our family for decades and we only rent a modest number of weeks each year and mostly repeat business. Please note that we only rent to families that love Lake George and will respect the neighbors.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Lake George Town: Our bay is at the south end of Lake George with a short drive to shopping, restaurants and Lake George Village.

Why our property is special: The Camp is fully functional but the yard and beach are what set us apart.
