“Camp Tucked Away was a beautiful place with all the amenities you could ask for on a vacation in the Adirondacks. The camp was clean and fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay and with some extra luxuries such as the jetted tub and large bedroom in the loft area.
Owners Paul and Amy were accessible during our stay and responded promptly with any questions we had

“Very clean, sunny and airy rental. Easy communication with the owner. We arrived late at night and we had no problems getting in. Strong wifi, relatively new washer, dryer and dishwasher. Thank you. ”

“What a fabulous stay at this lovely cabin! It was way more than we expected! What a great layout with very comfortable beds, board games and toys galore. A fantastic family home with wonderful separation. The photos don't showcase how spacious the living room is. Be prepared to be wowed! We will be back!”

“Beautiful camp in a convenient location for canoeing and hikes of various levels. Grocery stores in Tupper Lake etc. 25 minutes or more away, so plan ahead. Very comfortable, modern camp with all the kitchen, bathroom and laundry necessities which were very welcome. Screened porch; deck with grill, Adirondack chairs and hammock in back. We enjoyed trips to Wanakena, Cranberry Lake campground & Dead Creek Flow (we put our canoes in at unmarked but very accessible put-in on Ranger School Road), Round Lake at Little Tupper, Mt. Arab. We found three trailheads into the Five Ponds Wilderness in Wanakena including two on South Shore road and one along the Oswegatchie River to Inlet, but didn't take them this trip. Definitely check out Otto's Abode, basic groceries and free trail advice! Despite two full days of rain we enjoyed relaxing at home and working via the wifi. The owners are very responsive to any questions. Would love to go back for longer and continue the explorations.”

“Camp Tucked Away is a beautiful, cozy, immaculately clean, fully equipped home. The owner quickly responded to any questions that we had. The house has a wonderful mixture of open spaces -- perfect for our family dinners -- and private nooks for those of us who needed a quiet moment. The house is not on the lake, but access to the lake was very convenient. We especially loved the swing on the screened-in porch -- so peaceful -- felt like we were in a tree house. Thanks for a wonderful week. We plan on coming back next year!”
