Smoking Policy:
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE INSIDE CAMP ZZ (including the basement, screened-in porches or sunroom). There will be ashtrays provided outside. Please do not discard butts anywhere on the property. Butts should be disposed of in a safe manner and taken with you when you leave.. If it is found that you smoked anywhere inside the camp, your security deposit may be withheld.
Cleaning Policy:
Cleaning Fee $150. Camp ZZ is professionally cleaned between every renter.
**Covid 19 short-term rental sanitizing and cleaning procedures are followed**
- When you leave, it is expected the house is returned to the same condition as it was found: please run the dish washer with all dirty dishes, beds made, furniture put back in original position, refrigerator and stove cleaned out, and all trash removed and taken with you.
-If cleaning is required above and beyond "traditional cleaning & sanitizing" those costs will be deducted from your
security deposit.
Linen Policy:
Renters are responsible for bringing their own linens ( i.e. sheets, pillowcases & towels).
-Pillows & comforters will be provided for every bed

Security Deposit Information:
A security deposit of $500 is required (along with 1/2 the rental fee) to hold your reservation. Until it is received and confirmed, the reservation is not finalized. Add'l $100 security deposit if pet is approved.
-We must receive payment via venmo, a personal check or money order within 7 days of initial booking. Once received and confirmed, your dates are officially reserved.
-Upon your arrival, the $500 deposit converts to a damage deposit.
If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be returned to you within thirty (14) days of your departure:
1. No damage is done to Camp ZZ or its contents
2. No household items are missing
3. Camp has not been smoked in
