Pet Policy:
Dogs are always welcome at Kayuta Lodge with a pet fee of $100 for one dog and $50 for every additional dog.
Clean up dog poop on lawn. Scoop up dog poop and deposit it in the wooded area at the back of the property
Pets must be leashed when on property. Neighbors do not want pets on their property.
Pets are not allowed on furniture.
Pets can not have free rein home when not being supervised.
Dog crate is available, or the pet can be chained up in the home restricting access.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed in house. $100.00 fee charged if cigarette butts are left on property.
Do not place anything on the Hot Tub Cover.
Any damage to the hot tub cover will result in an additional fee of $400, to replace the cover.
Cleaning Policy:
Ensure no garbage, bottles or cans are left on the property.
Garbage is disposed of in shed. There are three receptacles one for garbage one for bottles/ cans/ plastics and one for cardboard please separate accordingly.
Make sure freezer, refrigerator, microwaveand dish washer are empty.
Please start a load of towels in the washer.
Please strip the beds, placing sheets and pillows cases in laundry baskets in the bedrooms
Replace the key to the property in the lockbox.
Linen Policy:
Bath towels and bed linens are provided.
Security Deposit Information:
Refund policy for July and August; a full refund is issued if cancelled 30 days or more from date of check-in date. Between 14 to 30 days from date of check-in a 50% refund will be issued. Less than 14 days no refunds issued.
September thru May; refund policy is full refund if cancelled 2 weeks prior to reservation, half refund one week prior, no refund if less than 7 days before reservation
A Additional fee of $250.00 will charged if the hot tub use be emptied due misuse
$500.00 security deposit is required
