SUMMER RATES:

-Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. (if you need Sunday to Sunday - let me know. Maybe we can work it out)

$3,000.00 / week
Minimum stay 3 nights: $450 / night (July & August stays are minimum 7 nights)

-Week of Memorial Day $3,400.00
-Week of July 4th: $3,500.00
- Week of Labor Day: $3,400.00

Security deposit and 1/2 of weekly rental is due at time of booking with signing of lease.
Balance of weekly rental and cleaning fee are due 45 days prior to start of rental week

100% refund if cancelled 60 or more days prior to Check-In Date. 50% refund if cancelled 30-59 days prior to Check-In Date. 0% refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to Check-In Date. 100% of security deposit refunded for all cancellations.

Pet Policy: We are lovers of all pets and, as our name implies PETS ARE WELCOME. One per stay please.

Smoking Policy: SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE INSIDE LABRADOR LODGE (including the basement). There will be ashtrays provided outside. Please do not discard butts anywhere on the property. Butts should be disposed of in a safe manner and taken with you when you leave.

Cleaning Policy: -Cleaning Fee $150. Labrador Lodge is professionally cleaned between every renter.
**Covid 19 short-term rental sanitizing and cleaning procedures are followed**
- When you leave, it is expected the house is returned to the same condition as it was found: dishes washed and put away, beds made, furniture put back in original position, refrigerator and stove cleaned out, and all trash removed and taken to the Inlet Recycling Center (or taken with you).
-If cleaning is required above and beyond "traditional cleaning & sanitizing" those costs will be deducted from your
security deposit.

Linen Policy: -Renters are responsible for bringing their own linens ( i.e. sheets, pillowcases & towels).
-Pillows and blankets will be provided for every bed
1 King / 1 Queen / 5 Twin / 1 full / 1 pull out full couch

Security Deposit Information: -A security deposit of $500 is required (along with 1/2 the rental fee) to hold your reservation and until it is received and confirmed, the reservation is not finalized. Add'l $100 security deposit if bringing your pet
-We must receive payment via venmo, a personal check or money order within 7 days of initial booking. Once received and confirmed, your dates are officially reserved.
-Upon your arrival, the $500 deposit converts to a damage deposit.
If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be returned to you within thirty (30) days of your departure:
1. No damage is done to Labrador Lodge or its contents
2. No household items are missing
3. House has not been smoked in

Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: It was a long time dream of mine to have a camp for my family. After a long search I found my second home in the Adirondacks and have enjoyed every minute that I have been able to spend here. Because of that, I want to share the Adirondacks with as many people as possible. Then, along came Labrador Lodge! My hope for my renters is to give you a space to get away, breathe in the Adirondack air and make memories with those you hold closest to your heart!

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Inlet: Labrador Lodge is conveniently located on Rt. 28 to enjoy everything this area has to offer - year round!! Hiking, boating, kayaking & biking trails are just steps away. Seven minute car ride to Water Safari or Chairlift Rides for those Autumn "Leaf Peepers". Drive into town to experience our shops and restaurants. It really is "Small Town USA" at its finest. (2 mins to Inlet/7 mins to Old Forge)

Why our property is special: Labrador Lodge is special for many reasons. What most visitors boast about the most is the outdoor living space, the huge backyard, the central location and the privacy.
