Summer 2024 Rate: $7,500

Fall/Spring $4,500 per week; 3 night minimum

Winter - $7,000/per week. Long term rentals also considered.

$375 cleaning fee
1/2 rent is due at time of booking.
Rent balance, security deposit, & additional fees are due 120 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations received at least 120 days prior to occupancy date will guarantee full refund of original deposit.

Pet Policy: We like pets and understand they are part of the family too, though we are also cognizant for those with allergies. For that reason, we will consider 1 well behaved adult dog if discussed prior to booking. The pet fee is $150.00.
Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking inside the property or anywhere on the property where the smoke could enter the home.
Cleaning Policy: We expect that you will be respectful of our home and leave things the way that you found them. The home is professionally and thoroughly cleaned by a cleaning service after each and every family. During the summer season, the cleaners will arrive promptly at 10:15am and finish up around 3:45pm. Please be respectful of the time that it takes to clean and be mindful of the check-in (anytime after 4pm) and check-out times (10am). The whole house cleaning and bedding/linens preparation fee is $375. Please note that the cost has increased due to our additional COVID-19 cleaning procedures, we are only passing along a portion of this fee to you to help keep costs reasonable.
Linen Policy: Linen's are provided at no additional cost.
Security Deposit Information: $1,000 refundable security deposit.
