On the lower, walk-out level there are 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 twins and the other 2 doubles as well as an additional family room. Wi …th a fully-equipped kitchen, family dinners are a breeze. On chilly evenings enjoy the wood-burning, stone fireplace. 4th Lake give you access to all the restaurants and shops from Inlet to Old Forge. The dock can accommodate 2 large boats. Easy docking and centrally located. Take a short boat ride across the lake for lunch or dinner - Daiker's and Great Pines are so close! This home has a charcoal & propane grill, drip & keurig coffee makers, fire pit and 2 kayaks with life jackets.

Weekly Rate - $4,300/week (1 week minimum in the Summer)

Fall
Nightly Rate - $500 (2 night minimum)

Winter Seasonal - 12/1/23 - 4/1/24 Booked!

Spring
Nightly Rate - $500 (2 night minimum)

All holidays require a 3 night minimum

*1/2 of the rental money is due 6 months prior to your arrival. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival We accept all major credit cards, check and cash.

Cancellation Policy- If you cancel within 6 months of your arrival date, we will do our best to rebook the home for the same timeframe. If we are able to rebook your home, you will receive your security deposit plus any rental paid less $250 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your home all rental money paid will be forfeited.

Cleaning Policy: This is a housekeeping property. Meaning, you need to leave the property the way you found it; tidy with all trash removed. We do have a cleaning team go through between guests. Please remember to remove all personal belongings from dressers and closets, empty all trash cans and remove all food. Please remove any used linens and place in the laundry basket on top of the washer so we can wash them for the next guest.
Linen Policy: Linens are not provided, you must bring sheets for 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Double and 2 Twin Beds as well as bath towels.
Security Deposit Information: A $500 security deposit is used to secure your reservation and protect the home against any damage. The security deposit will be returned to you 2 weeks after your departure date via check.
