ALL OTHER DATES 4 day minimum stay
Rental and cleaning fee is to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit will be forfeited if canceled within 60 days of booking date, 50% forfeited if canceled within 90 days.
FULL PAYMENT is due 60 days prior to date. You get the security deposit after the premises inspection for damage.

Cleaning Policy: cleaning fees

The property is cleaned before every renter,when you leave it is expected the house be back in the same condition as it was found, dishes washed and put away,beds made,furniture put back in position and all trash removed.Please leave the house broom swept and please treat it as you would your own. if the cleaning people have to spend their time rearranging the furniture you will be charged for their extra time.

Linen Policy: premises are classified as housekeeping cottages,meaning linens are renters responsibility
Sheets are available on site for $20.00 PER BED
We do not supply towels.

Security Deposit Information: Security deposit must be paid to book the date...........
